Description of Services
SIFO provides a platform that allows users to create websites in a natural and effortless way. Users may sign up for an account, create and customize a website, and publish the website to the internet.
AI Models
Our services and the models available in-app are powered by OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. Additionally, our image generation models are specifically powered by OpenAI.
Model Changes
We retain the right to modify, add, replace, or remove models at any time without prior warning. These changes are part of our ongoing effort to improve the quality and performance of our service. We are committed to providing a seamless and high-quality user experience, and such modifications are essential to achieving this goal.
User Accounts
To use our services, users must sign up for an account on our platform. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process and to keep their account information up to date. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, including their login credentials. Users agree not to share their account information with any third parties. User Content

Payments and Fees
SIFO offers both free and paid plans for our services. Users who sign up for a paid plan agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. SIFO reserves the right to modify our pricing and fees at any time, with or without notice.
Failure of Payment
Failure to make payments related to your subscription will result in the temporary disablement of your account. If you reach your bandwidth limits and fail to purchase additional bandwidth for that month, your website hosting will be temporarily disabled.

All intellectual property rights in the SIFO platform, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by SIFO or our licensors. Users agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of our platform or content without our express written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
